K2NiF4型结构的A2－xSrxBO4(A＝La, Dy, B＝Mn, Fe, Co, Ni)希土复合氧化物的合成

以典型的轻希土镧和重希土镝及碱土金属锶作为Ａ位离子，以过渡金属锰、铁、钴、镍作为Ｂ位离子，合成了Ｋ２ＮｉＦ４型结构的Ａ２－ｘＳｒｘＢＯ４希土复合氧化物，采用粉末Ｘ射线衍射技术考察了反应条件等因素对生成Ｋ２ＮｉＦ４型四方（Ｔ）结构上析影响，实现结果表明，四方结构的形成不仅与几何因素有关，而且与各组分的物理化学性质有关。各个不同的组成，生成四方相的温度范围也有所不同。适当地提高反应温度以及延长灼烧时间     

非线性光学材料──水草酸铵

一水草酸铵（简称ＡＯＭ）是一种优良的电光晶体￣［１］。文献￣［１，２］报道了该晶体的晶体结构，化学式为（ＮＨ＿４）＿２Ｃ＿２Ｏ＿２·Ｈ＿２Ｏ，属正交晶系，Ｐ２２２空间群，晶胞参数ａ＝０．８０３５ｎｍ，ｂ＝１。０３１ｎｍ，ｃ＝０．３８０１ｎｍ，ｚ＝２。本文拟报道ＡＯＭ单晶生长，热化学分析，透过波段以及非线性光学性质的初步研究。     

Phenolic compounds from Anaphalis aureo-punctata

From the ethanolic extract of the whole plant of Anaphalis aureo-punctata, a new acylated flavonoid glycoside 3-O-kaempferol-3-O-acetyl-6-O-(p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), and five known phenolic compounds 3-O-kaempferol-6- O- ( p-coumaroyl )-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 2 ), kaempferol-3- O-β-D-glucopyranoside 3,6-(4′-hydroxystyryl)-4-methoxy-2-pyrone (4), 2H-pyran-2-one, 6-[ 2-( 4-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy ) phenyl ) ethenyl ]-4-methoxy-( E ) (5) and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamic hexacosyl ester (6) were isolated. Their structures were established by spectral methods (UV, IR, MS, 1D, 2D-NMR). The flavonoid glycosides, 1, 2 and 3 showed markedly inhibited oxidative DNA strand breaks induced by Fenton reaction and NADH/PMS in a concentration-dependent manner.     

Ba(1S)+N2O反应的化学发光偏振研究

The variation of ehemiluminescent polarization for reaction Ba(~1S)+N_2O with respect to the Ba beam temperature or the average collision energy E_(rtr) was studied under the single collision condition on beam-gas apparatus. If E_(rtr)<0.06 eV, the distribution of rotational angular momentum for product BaO, i.e. -, increased with the impact energy; while E_(rtr)>0.06 eV, - decreased with the E_(rtr). It is plausible to point out the corresponding relationship between the characteristics of the reaction potential surface and the conformation of the intermediate complexes.     

Mechanism and Kinetics of Thermal Dissociation of Inclusion Complex of Benzaldehyde with β-Cyclodextrin

The inclusion complex of benzaldehyde (BA) with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) was prepared and was studied by thermal analysis and X-ray diffractometry. The composition of the complex was identified by TG and elemental analysis as β-CD·BA·9H₂O. TG and DSC studies showed that the thermal dissociation of β-CD·BA·9H₂O took place in three stages: dehydration in the range 70-120°C; dissociation of β-CD·BA in the range 235-270°C; and decomposition of β-CD above 280°C. The kinetics of dissociation of β-CD·BA in flowing dry nitrogen was studied by means of TG both at constant temperature and at linearly increasing temperature. The results showed that the dissociation of β-CD·BA was dominated by a one-dimensional random nucleation and subsequent growth process (A₂). The activation energy E was 124. 8 kJ mol^-1, and the pre-exponential factor A 5.04·10¹¹ min^-1. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

Bi+N2O化学发光反应机理研究

The emission spectra of BiO(A ~2Π_(1/2)) have been first obtained by studying the reaction Bi+N_2O in the heat pipe oven. 18 new bands are obtained from the emission spectra of BiO(A ~2Π_(1/2)) which are attributed to the reaction of atomic Bi~*(~2D_(3/2)) with N_2O(~1Σ_g~+). The metastable Bi~*(~2D_(3/2)) is produced by the following processes: Bi(~4S_(3/2))+N_2O(~1Σ_g~+)→BiO(X_2~2Π_(3/2)), and then,BiO(X_2~2Π_(3/2))+Bi(~4S_(3/2))→Bi~*(~2D_(3/2))+BiO(X_1~2Π_(1/2)).     

Selecting parameters and limits for equipment operational qualification

While operational qualification (OQ) is a well-established term within equipment qualification, users of equipment often become unsure when it comes to implementation. The biggest problem is how to select procedures and acceptance criteria. Should these be the vendor's specifications or should the users define their own limits, and, if so, how? Should all instruments of the same type have the same values or should these be optimized for each individual instrument? This article will provide an overall strategy and specific examples for HPLC on how to select procedures and acceptance limits that are based on efficient use of resources, on practicality and on the intended use of the equipment.     

The reaction of epibromohydrin with hydroxyquinazolin-2-(1H)one derivatives. Novel oxazine formation

Epibromohydrin was found to react with 7-hydroxy-2-methylpyrrolo[1,2-c]quinazolin-5(6H)-one ( 4 ) in the presence of sodium hydroxide to form the novel oxazine 5 . The structure of compound 5 was proven by cmr and pmr analysis.     

过渡金属大环配合物的研究Ⅲ 4-硝基-苯并15冠-5与钴(Ⅱ)、铜(Ⅱ)和银(Ⅰ)配合物的合成及性质

有关冠醚配体与碱金属,碱土金属和稀土离子形成配合物的特性研究,国内外均有报导,但冠醚与d-过渡金属离子配合物的研究工作,则开展较晚,文献报导亦甚少。本文为探讨4-硝基-苯并15冠-5(No_2·B15C15)与过渡金属离子的配位能力,合成了Co(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),和Ag(Ⅰ)与4-硝基-苯并15冠-5配合物。并进行了元素分析,X-射线衍射,红外光谱,摩尔电导,激光拉曼光谱及差热-热失重分析的研究。
